WORKING SAFELY DURING THE PANDEMIC
Coronavirus (Covid-19))
ENSURING SAFETY DURING CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)
As my services are considered a Close Contact Service, I would like to reassure you that I am following Government guidelines, and request that you read through the following guidelines so that you understand what these precautions are:
DRAPES
All colour drapes and equipment used will be disinfected or steam cleaned after each client, or left for 72 hours between clients.
ON ARRIVAL AT YOUR HOME
I will remove my shoes and coat near the door and wash my hands for 20 seconds on arrival at your premises or use hand sanitiser (that I will bring with me) if there is no easy access to a bathroom. I would also recommend that we both use hand sanitiser before and after the close contact part of the consultation.

I will bring my own food and drink and we should also avoid sharing items such as pens.
VENTILATION
If possible, I would request that you keep a window or door open or partially open, as ventilation is proven to reduce the concentration of the virus in the air and therefore reduces the risks from airborne transmission.
TRACK AND TRACE
In order to take part in the NHS Test and Trace, I will need to keep a record of your appointment and details for 21 days after the appointment.
SYMPTOMS
If you or someone in your household has a persistent cough, a high temperature or has lost their sense of taste or smell, you should rearrange the appointment and isolate. Likewise, if I am suffering with any of the symptoms, if any member of my household or bubble has suspected symptoms or have been advised to isolate for any reason, we will need to rearrange.
PPE
I am required by law to wear both a clear visor or goggles and a face mask to keep you safe.

As I will need to see your face during a Colour Consultation, you are not required to wear a face mask for this part of the consultation.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
All members of your household should maintain social distancing from me where possible.

We should avoid moving through certain smaller areas of your home together such as hallways.

For a Style Consultation and Wardrobe Edit, it should be possible to adhere to a 2m social distance within your home (or even outside for the style consultation if the weather is nice) for the full consultation.
PRE SESSION PLANNING
To make the consultation slightly shorter than usual, I will request some information and photos beforehand, so that I can pre-prepare certain elements of the consultation and avoid further close contact.
AFTER OUR SESSION
I would recommend that you disinfect the areas I have been using after I have left your premises.
